Account & Access

  • You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Do not share it with unauthorized parties.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without refund.

Billing & Refunds

  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • You are only charged for successful solves. Failed solves are free.
  • Unused credits do not expire.
  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate account termination with no refund.

Acceptable Use

  • Reselling API access or credits is strictly prohibited. Violation results in an instant permanent ban with no refund.
  • Do not share your API key with third parties.
  • Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to exploit the service.
  • Do not use the service for any illegal activity.

Service

  • The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We may modify pricing, features, or discontinue the service at any time.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.
